Rabbit Hole Bespoke Gin begins as a sourced London Dry gin with botanicals such as angelica, coriander, lemon peel, orange peel, orris root, and juniper. The Kentucky distillery then puts the gin their own used Kentucky straight rye barrels for 9-12 months. Released in April 2020, this new label and bottle replaces the brand's Rabbit Hole London Dry Gin Kentucky Rye Finish bottle.

The description indicated honey suckle. Was very smooth and less bitter than most gins i have tried.

The lemon on this is pretty astounding. Super sweet and airy. Would be really lovely in a cocktail.
