About this bottle
Most recognized for their production of aged brandies, grappas, and eaux-de-vie, Peach Street Distillers also produces vodka, gin, whiskey, and agave spirits. To create new variants, they've started mixing-and-matching existing ones. Jackelope and Jenny Aged Gin first marries two original products - their Jackelope Gin and Pear Eau-de-Vie. Once blended, the resulting pear and gin spirit rests in barrels once used to aged their Colorado Straight Bourbon. It's bottled at 45% ABV, a higher proof than their unaged version.
