Peach Street's Jackelope and Jenny Gin marries two of the distillery's products into one: their original Jackelope Gin and their unaged Pear Brandy Eau de Vie. All distilled in Palisade, Colorado, using as many locally-grown ingredients they can source, the final spirit becomes this pear flavored gin bottled at 40% ABV.
