About this bottle
Produced in a distillery located in the Oaxaca mountain region of Mexico, Puerto Angel rums are created from fresh-pressed sugarcane juice. This juice is fermented then distilled with a pot-still. The Amber expression is aged for three years in used bourbon barrels before final blending and bottling. Due to the strict production methods used at the company Puerto Angel has earned the USDA Organic Certification.
