An intense 'unfiltered, over-proof, organic Gin by Thomas Kuuttanen for Purity Distillery in Sweden crafted with juniper, coriander, lavender, cardamom, angelica root, basil, thyme, lingonberry & European blueberry; that is slow distilled 34 times in a proprietary copper still at the 13th century Ellinge Castle before being bottled at 57.1% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of Nordic berries, herbs & spices, while a crisp & bold life leads to a long & intense death. June 2022 / January 2024
