Tried neat in sayulita. Slight nail polish remover on the nose and earthy and minerally with notes of smoke, pepper, leather, rim salt . On the palate its sloky, leathery amd frealing delicious

Smoke, char, caramel, wood, herbs nose. Sweet, woody, caramel, vanilla, smoke taste; some light fruit. Excellent.
