A 1960's bottling: is rich, artisanal, aged rum by the Fernandez family in Puerto Rico bottled in the 1960s using the same secret formula & aging process as in 1880 for a minimum of 3 years in oak. It has an aromatic birth with notes of sugar cane, wood, fruits, herbs & spices; while a rich life adds notes of grass, butterscotch & pepper; that led to a long cognac-like death with notes of oak, nuts, smoke & beer.
