Russell Henry London Dry Gin

About this bottle

After several years working at distilleries and wineries, Crispin Cain founded his own distillery, Tamar Distillery, in 2008. Partnering with Craft Distillers, a company that helps promotes hand-made spirits produced by small craft distilleries, to create his own gin expression, Russell Henry Gin. This gin is made with neutral grain spirit first distilled with an antique copper still previously used for cognac production. The spirit is then infused with a secret recipe of botanicals that includes juniper, coriander, orris root and andlemon peel. The gin is then bottled at 41.6% ABV.
