About this bottle
This is the barrel-aged version of Old World Spirits' flagship gin, Blade. It begins life as botanical-heavy, light juniper spirit made from 88% wheat vodka and 12% California grape eau de vie. Then things get interesting after it spends time aging in French oak barrels, imparting a deep flavor. A whiskey drinker's gin, bottled at both 94 proof and at barrel strength of 124 proof.
