About this bottle

This Rhubarb Gin is made using the Shakespeare Distillery Stratford Gin as its base. Then rhubarb is pressed and the rhubarb juice is added to the gin. A small amount of sugar is added to balance the tartness before bottling at 80 proof. It is a naturally colored gin. Some sediment and color change may occur.

This is a fantastically fragrant flavoured gin. It really pops, with a stunning tart rhubarb taste. I bought a bottle on a whim after a gin school tour at the Shakespeare Distillery. With ginger ale and a slice of orange, this hits the spot! Would recommend for full flavour for value!
