Shibui Pure Malt 10 Year is a 100% malted barley whisky produced in Japan from both a Japanese malt whisky and a Scottish Lowlands malt whisky. It is matured in three types of barrels for a total of 10 years: ex-bourbon, oloroso sherry and mizunara oak casks.

I’m pretty sure this is the Shibui I had tonight, really wasn’t a fan. And at $22 an oz, def left me disappointed ☹️
