An intense, Blanco Tequila by Destilerías Sierra Unidas in Jalisco, Mexico; who age their Tequilas out in the open, to expose it to as much air as possible; it is their first smoky Tequila made from 100% blue agave. It has a delicate birth with notes of dried fruit, chilly & smoke; while a full life adds hints of vanilla, roasted pecan & agave; that led to a long & rich death with a hint of meat & earth.
