About this bottle
From the duo behind Bittermens bitters and extracts, this aquavit is one in a trio of Nordic-style spirits, and is made in Reykjavik, Iceland. It combines elements of Dutch genever and Scandinavian aquavit: It’s made with a base spirit distilled from malted grain to 47.5% ABV that is then infused with caraway and other herbs, including dill and lemon.
