St. Augustine Barrel Finished Gin

A crisp, Artisanal Gin by St. Augustine Distillery in Florida crafted with 100% Florida-grown sugar cane neutral spirit, 4 citrus elements & a dozen botanicals; in a pot still before being finished for 1 year in our freshly dumped bourbon barrels. It has an aromatic birth with notes of berries, wood, fruits, herbs & spices; while a crisp life adds notes of juniper, angelica & coriander; that led to a velvety death of medium length with a touch of oak.
