Great Lakes Distillery Still & Oak Straight Rye is distilled from a mash bill of 100% Wisconsin rye -- 78% is unmalted rye, and 22% is malted. It's aged in 53 gallon charred new American oak barrels and bottled without cold filtration at 45% abv.
