Suavecito Reposado

A delicate, Agave Spirt from Los Altos, Jalisco, Mexico crafted with Weber Azul Agave that is cooked in stone/brick ovens; fermented in stainless steel tanks; double distilled in Stainless Pot Still that has a Copper Coil; aged 6-8 months in ex-Jim Beam Bourbon Whiskey barrels & has 2% Agave nectar added before bottling at 35% ABV. It has a delicate birth with notes of cooked agave, red fruit, wood, herbs & spices; while a smooth life adds notes of cherry; while a smooth life adds notes of cherry; that leads to a quick & balanced death with notes of Agave nectar, white pepper, oak, vanilla, caramel & cinnamon. The reposado brings great balance of oak and spices to compliment the honey forward sweetness of this tequila. Like its Blanco counterpart, it's very bold on notes of honey, citrus, fruits, with an addition of oak and spices. The nose delivers strong notes of wood, with dashes of vanilla, pepper, and spices. The finish is smooth and oaky with lingering honey.

Still a decent sipper but I did not find this as enjoyable as the Suavecito’s Extra Anejo
