About this bottle

Launched in July 2015, the Substation No. 41 was commissioned by the rum artisans from Queenland's Substation No. 41 rum bar. The bar belongs to the iconic Breakfast Creek Hotel and features a collection of over 500 different rums—one of world's largest. No. 41 rum was aged in oak barrels and bottled at an ABV of 37%.

Sweet, Golden-syrupy caramel & vanilla. It's not complex, but @ $39 an absolute bargain. Great mixer, or as an after dinner sipper. Probably good with ice cream 🍦🙂
