About this bottle

Made from 100% Blue Weber agave, Tequila Amate Añejo is aged for 18 months in American oak after being double-distilled. The agaves are roasted in traditional hornos (brick ovens) and then shredded prior to fermentation.

An intense Agave Spirit by NOM 1137. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, wood, herbs & spices; while a rich & full life adds notes of vanilla & caramel; that led to a long & balanced death with notes of oak. May / June 2016 / September 2017
