About this bottle
This is an additive free tequila made from 100% estate grown blue Weber agave. It is roasted for 15 hours in an autoclave, crushed by roller mill, fermented in open air steel tanks without fibers using proprietary yeast, and distilled 2 times in a stainless steel still with copper coil. As the name suggests, this expression is bottled at 101 proof, which is much higher than the brand's Artesanal Blanco.
