About this bottle

This is an additive free tequila made from 100% estate grown blue Weber agave. It is roasted for 15 hours in an autoclave, crushed by roller mill, fermented in open air steel tanks without fibers using proprietary yeast, and distilled 2 times in a stainless steel still with copper coil. This expression is double filtered before bottling at 80 proof.

7.6.22 Neat, Flute Open 6+ Months Last intake: Water Aroma: Strong and super Medicinal. Almond, clementine, oxidized apple, old lemon. Flavor: Much of the same. Medicinal, cherry raspberry, almond. Not pleasant on its own. Plenty of character, but unfortunately unsuited to sipping in my book. Will need to try in sour form.
