This an additive free tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave that is cooked in stone ovens, extracted via roller mill, fermented in stainless steel tanks without fibers, and 2 x distilled on a stainless steel still with copper coil. It is bottled at 80 proof.

A Silver artisan Agave Spirit crafted by NOM 1414. It has a delicate birth with notes of agave, fruits, nuts, herbs & spices; while a tropical life adds notes of coconut & mango; that led to a balanced death of medium length with a touch of pepper. May 2017
