[Barrel: D54 / Bottle: 187] It is an intense, Agave Spirit by El Mayor Distillery in Jalisco (Los Altos Southern), Mexico. It is crafted with an autoclave, fermented in stainless steel, double distilled in a stainless pot with a copper coil, aged in white oak barrels for up to 9 months before being bottled at 40% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, tropical fruits, wood, earth & spice; while bold life adds notes of agave, oak, vanilla & citrus; that led to a complex death of medium length with notes of pepper, butterscotch & cinnamon.
