An elegant, single estate Tequila by Carlos Camarena, a third generation Tequilero, in cooperation with Tomas Estes for Ocho Distillery in Los Patos, Jalisco, Mexico aged up to 3 years. It has an aromatic birth with notes of buttered corn & runny honey, barrel spice & earthy green agave; while a full & thick life adds notes of agave fiber, hints of cinnamon, brown sugar, apricots & toasted almonds; that led to a balanced death of medium length with notes of orange zest, a hint of cinnamon & salinity.
