Very unique. A very citrus start that evolves into white pepper with a tang of sweetness, almost corn like in a way, that turns into a long, peppery finish. I would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to try a non smoky espadin at a wonderful price. Good substitute for anything that requires tequila!
