The London No. 1 Sherry Cask Gin begins with the brand's Original Blue Gin which is made in London using 12 botanicals and English grain spirits. Then the gin is sent to Jerez, Spain where the gin is placed into American oak casks which previously held Tio Pepe fino sherry. The gin is barrel-aged for 3 months and then bottled. This Sherry Cask Gin launched in the UK and other markets in 2019 with the US market getting its allotment in October 2022.
