Nose: Very light, the floral notes hide in the background and caramel is highlighted. Palate: Lovely bit of rose, minimal salt. Rose is definitely the star. Finish : Even more rose comes through, seaweed, very crisp finish. I wish I got a little more kelp/sea salt from it, but well done nonetheless.

One of my house rums, with rich flavours and well balanced its a crowd pleaser!
