A crisp, Rye Vodka by the Viche Pitia Distillery in France made from rye grains & distilled in small Charentais Alembic stills. It has a crisp birth with notes of beeswax & roasted grain; while a dry life adds notes of rye toast & macadamia nuts; that led to a long & dry death with a hint of lemon, herbs & milk. June 2019
