About this bottle
This upcoming rye release from Wilderness Trail features a sweet mash rather than a sour mash which is the tradition. The mash bill used is rye, corn, and malted barley. As a bottled in bond release, it was made in one distilling season, was aged for a minimum of four years in a bonded warehouse and was bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV).
