Agave de Cortés Blanco Mezcal is fashioned from 100% estate-grown agave espadín, that has been roasted in an earth oven and its juices pressed using a mule-drawn tahona wheel. It is naturally fermented in the open air and double distilled before bottling unaged at 43% ABV.
