About this bottle
Blackwater Distillery located in Co. Waterford uses strawberries from neighboring Co. Wexford as the star to this gin. Twelve other botanicals are used in addition to the strawberries in the distillation process. The gin then is infused with strawberries and blackcurrants post-distillation to give the gin a slight pink color. No sugar or any sweetener is added.
