About this bottle
Bruxo is a project begun in 2010 by a group of friends who share a love of agave spirits and dedication to producing mezcal in the traditional way. Different maestros or mezcaleros create each of their expressions. This one is the work of Lucio Morales Lopez using espadín that is 7 - 8 years old upon harvest. It's distilled twice in copper pot stills.

This is about as straight forward as I've had. It's like an old closet on the nose and hit your mouth extremely balance. It furnishes your palete with light smoke and a vintage patina
Tried neat poolside with @Looneyhead On the nose it is very herbal and earthy and rich. It’s like sunflowers during mid summer. On the palate it’s smooth and earthy and Smokey
Consumed on Father’s Day 2020 at the Perrelli House in Smithtown. Enjoyed as a mixed drink with muddled lime and sea salt topped off with club soda.
Nose: reminds me of an old closet. Aged rug haha. Palete: mineral, smooth light finish Smoke: light to medium
Average strong and with those "finkel"-notes one would expext of Mescal. Quite sweet round.
