About this bottle
Sotol, known as the "desert spoon", is a plant that grows wild in Chihuahua in northern Mexico. The plants are matured an average of 15 years before harvest, then are roasted and steamed before double-distillation in smaller, copper pot stills. Ocho Cientos Reposado is aged 8 months in barrels that once held George Dickel Tennessee Whiskey.
