Cachaça Almendra was conceived by a great cachaça lover, the patriarch of the Almendra family, Mr. Oswaldo Lima Almendra Filho. And what initially began as a joke or pastime, ended up becoming yet another mill for the production of quality artisanal cachaça, joining others that were already producing cachaça in the region of Viçosa do Ceará. It didn't take long for such dedication and persistence to attract the attention of the other members of the family, who soon joined the project, making a family business a reality that combines the desire and commitment to produce excellent cachaça with the pleasure of doing it as a family.
