The still is located in the most famous Brazilian region for the production of Cachaça, in Salinas, the Brazilian capital of cachaça, in the state of Minas Gerais and has a geographical indication of legally certified origin (AOC or DOC style of Cachaça). The Extra Premium line with 3 different cachaças was launched this year and this Putumuju wood is called Araribá in some regions and is not common and is very exotic sensorially. Amber color, aromatic, fruity, jam, mentholated, toast, caramel, balanced acidity, integrated alcohol, long finish. At low temperatures and in contact with air, the cachaça becomes cloudy.
