About this bottle
This expression is made from additive free 100% blue Weber agave that is grown on a single estate in the Jalisco highlands (Los Altos). It is slow fermented without fibers in open air wooden tanks, twice distilled on stainless and copper hybrid stills. It is briefly rested in a proprietary "Método Refinado" process using French oak barrels, then filtered for clarity before bottling at 92 proof. Available beginning June 2024 at select on-and off-premise locations in CA, FL, IL, NY, and TX. (SRP $49.99)
