I'm not a huge rum person but this one I enjoy. I picked up this 12 year aged rum in Grenada while visiting and it was worth the price. it does have a spicy after taste that hits after a few mins, but smooth going down.
About this bottle
#37 was created by Clarke's Court to celebrate the 300th anniversary of the town of St. Georges, Grenada. The Grenada Sugar Factory began producing rum in 1937 and #37 commemorates the foundation of the company. The rums were known as Tradewinds and Red Neck before the Clarke's Court brand was established. The rum is aged for eight years in oak barrels, blended, and then returned to oak barrels for the second maturation. Each bottle is individually numbered at the time the rum is bottled.
