Cocalero Negro is a product from Intrepid Spirits, based in Dublin, Ireland, that is inspired by South American ingredients from the Andes region. Building on the original botanical liqueur, Cocalero, this expression adds Aji Panca—which turns from red to black when dried in the sun, hence the name—and Locoto peppers.
