About this bottle
The family behind the Distillerie du Peyrat has been distilling in the region for over three hundred years, but only in the last several decades have they produced their own single distillery brand. They produce 100% organic cognac, and focus on the terroir of their Fins Bois region, as well as its proximity to Grand Champagne. The Rare Prestige consists of eaux de vie with a minimum age of 7 years, the first year spent in new Limousin oak before it is transferred to older, used barrels.
