Don Pancho Origenes 30 is a blend of rums aged a minimum of 30 years in American oak casks from Kentucky. Francisco Jose Fernandez Perez, also known as “Don Pancho” has over 50 years experience as a master blender and distiller. This is the rum he created to honor his experience in the rum industry going back all the way to when he started out in Cuba over 50 years ago. The age statement refers to the MINIMUM age of each rum in the final blend. Released each year with limited availability. Every bottle is numbered and signed by Don Pancho himself.

A wonderfully smooth mouthfeel and strikingly delicious notes of warm toffee and toasted vanilla on the palate/finish. The 30yr expression (along with the 8yr and 18yr) are some of my favorite rums. Ever.
