Lucky enough to have a bar manager pour me a pour of this in Nashville because i told him El Tesoro is my favorite tequila. I must say this was a very good tequila but unlike any other extra anejo ive had before. Less barrel and more fresh agave and “tequila” taste. Really glad i got to try this because its not a bottle in my usual budget and its very hatd to find if i ever did decide to treat myself and buy a bottle. 2/4/24

Fruity, minty nose. Herbal palate with spices and a little mint, with a fruity finish. Wasn't impressed at first, but half way through the bottle it's growing on me.
Sweet nose, agave, light oak and dusty, Palate is more vegetal than nose let on. Licorice/fennel. Easy drinking and a tasty neat sipper
Pineapple cotton candy on the nose with spicy earthy flavors typical of Tesoro and a long sweet cognac finish
Mild spice that sticks around. Just a hint of that extra anejo sweet whiskey taste. Smells of sweet Carmel.
Incredibly smooth with a clean finish. Muted Agave with light brown sugar lingers on the palate.
