This New York distillery also brews beer, makes wine under the name Mazza Chautauqua Cellars, and produces a variety of spirits and cordials like limoncello and eau-de-vie. Sweet smelling, hint of banana. Taste comes from the middle tounge, smooth, little bit spicy. Goes down smooth, warm not hot. No bitter after taste. Not the smoothest by far but good taste. Picked it up at their distillery on the way home from the falls.
Amber, legs. Oak. Dry, oak, mild cream, brown sugar, mild spice (black pepper). Medium-light body, medium burn, astringent, medium caramel finish. Rather dry and harsh. 70% corn, 15% rye, 15% barley 2 years
