This is amazing stuff. Creamy, smooth and sweet in all the right ways, this is for sipping only - anything more would be disrespectful to the spirit. The smoky character comes through in a balanced savory way - not like a peaty scotch but instead like the way a chef would fine-tune a smoked ingredient to augment the final dish - not be the star of the show.
