About this bottle
"Agua de Juventud" means "water of youth," describing the mountain spring water used in Mayalen's mezcal production. The wild cupreata (a.k.a. papalote) agave is grown and produced in the state of Guerrero, at a higher elevation than in Oaxaca to its south. Using traditional methods controlled from field to bottle, this expression is bottled without aging at 46 - 52%.
