Merser & Co. Double Barrel Rum

Everything you would expect from a pale/young rum. Very clean but lacking depth. The alcohol is the main player here with the short finish being overwhelmed by the evaporation with little supporting flavour. Beautiful bottle though - probably not one I’ll buy again in a hurry for the money...

Clean with caramel notes and a little spice in the finish. Nice rum in a nice bottle.
