Mono de Calenda Jabalí

Tried neat thanks to @Looneyhead and my lil Christmas taster :) To start, earth & green agave just slap me in the face but in the most gentle and refreshing way. It’s woody and smoky which is always a plus. I swear I initially got slight notes of cocoa on the nose but clearly that was my imagination. To the palate it’s deliciously spicy, warm, and with the most cozy and long lasting finish.

Lovely nose of smoke, raw agave, earth, petrichor, minerality, char. Palate lightly spicy, earthy, smoky, mineral. Long spicy finish.
