Planteray Stiggins' Fancy Pineapple Rum

Large amount of pineapple on the nose, not so much in the taste,. Less sweet then expected with pineapple in the name, but some bitters instead. Very little spice and a slight aftertaste.

It has an aromatic birth with notes of brown sugar & ripe banana, while a juicy life added notes of pineapple, that led to a long & spicy death.
