Diplomático Single Vintage 2004

Had a chance to try this at a spirits banquet last year and this was heaven in a bottle. Not usually a rum drinker and didn’t know much about the industry other than what you commonly find everywhere (Capt Morgan, Malibu, Bacardi, etc.). This was one of those epiphany moments where everything you had previously just became obsolete. If you can find it, buy it.

Absolutely excellent. Very strong caramel flavor and delicious finish. The sherry casks are very noticeable in this bottle

Sweeter milder flavored rum. Smooth after just a little time with ice. Top notch flavor for sure.
