About this bottle
County Seat Spirits was founded in 2014 and currently produces rum, vodka and gin. Spirits are distilled, diluted with "pure, reverse-osmosis water," and bottled in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The sugarcane juice was sourced from Colombia and the rum is produced much in the same vein as a Brazilian cachaça. It is rested, not aged, before bottling.
