Perfect Sotol for who is new to the spirit. I personally use this to make cocktails, it gives a much smoother taste than tequila, and it doesn’t had that smokiness after taste that Mezcal does (at least a mezcal you would use in a drink). It has ripe fruite and earthy notes, long sweet on palate rich on minerals
