Spytail black ginger rum

A Siced Rum crafted by macerating fresh ginger root in a blend of Caribbean Rums; then aged by the Spytail Distillery in Cognac, France. It has an aromatic birth with notes of ginger root & smoke; while a bold & spicy life adds notes of brown sugar, ginger snaps, clove, cinnamon, orange zest & pepper; that led to a short & zesty death with notes of ginger spice & toffee.
